All our tables are painted with hard wax oil. It's plant-based and eco-friendly. There are no VOCs or harmful chemicals in this range, all finishes are food safe and extremely durable. Simulating the durability of polyurethane but without the toxins, it absorbs deep into the wood so you can still feel the real wood grain on your table surface. The surface is water and stain resistant and can be cleaned with soap and water or a hard wax oil cleaner.
